Formation 2 :
Première Maintenance Informatique :
 les premiers secours

  
1. Partie Matérielle :
  • Savoir brancher-débrancher tous les périphériques de l’ordinateur.
  • Changer la mémoire vive.
  • Dépoussiérer un ordinateur.

2. Partie Logicielle :
  • Diagnostiquer les éléments de sécurités.(virus, adware, spyware, cheval de troie&trojan, pop up, spaming, phising, hoax )
  • Mettre à jour la sécurité.

  


2. Partie Logicielle :
  • Désinstaller un logiciel « proprement ».
  • Défragmenter le disque.
  • Utiliser la commande sfc /scannow.
  • Comment débloquer un pc qui refuse de s’éteindre.
  • Savoir ou chercher les informations techniques de l’ordinateur (avec et sans  logiciel spécialisé).
  •    Utiliser la restauration de registre (outil Windows).
